Buying

How do I get a price? Open a product and choose Request quotation, or create a request from Post an RFQ. Send it to up to 10 suppliers you choose, or make it public so any verified supplier can answer. Public requests don't show your company name until you accept a quotation.

How do I compare offers? Your request page lists every quotation side by side with price, quantity, Incoterm and validity. A supplier can send a new version; you accept the version you see.

Is an accepted quotation a contract? No. Accepting tells the supplier you want to go ahead. Agree the contract, payment and inspection directly with them. MarketVV does not hold payments.

Selling

How do I get verified? Complete your company profile and upload the documents your country requires (for Cameroon: RCCM, NIU and the manager's ID). MarketVV checks them, usually within three working days. Only verified suppliers can publish products and answer requests.

What do memberships include? See Membership. Free includes a limited number of listings; Silver and Premium/Gold add more, with Premium/Gold adding up to 50 products in the Showcase that every visitor sees on the home page.

Can I write my listing in two languages? Yes: write it in English or French, then add a translation of the name and description from the product editor. Specifications and terms are never translated, so their meaning can't change.

Your account

Emails: choose which ones you receive in Account → Email notifications. Security and payment emails are always sent.

Two-factor authentication: turn it on in Account → Security. It is required for MarketVV staff.

Your data: download a copy of your data or close your account from Account → Your data. See the privacy policy.
